All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, have a medical emergency, etc.  If the course has to be changed or the race cancelled due to an act of nature, or the event time changed due to circumstances beyond our control, there are no refunds or rollovers. You may not sell or give your bib to another person without going through the transfer process. There are NO exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The participant acknowledges that the registration is only a license to participate in the event. There is no guarantee as to any element of the scheduled event. The scheduled event may be cancelled, shortened or altered due to weather, other acts of God, terrorism, or for any other reason or reasons within or not within the control of SHE Power 10K & 5K, whether in whole or in part. There are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. The registrant understands that these terms are a conditions of the entry fee and agrees to register subject to these terms.
